Bayline wins Portuguese National Real Estate Award 2024

Vanguard Properties’ Bayline development has just won the Portuguese National Real Estate Award 2024, in the 'Housing South' category. Promoted by Magazine Imobiliário and considered to be the "Real Estate Oscars", the ceremony has taken place since 1997 and is highly regarded by the sector.

This award highlights Vanguard Properties' commitment to excellence and its ability to develop projects that both meet the expectations of the most demanding premium and luxury properties, as well as respect and improve the local environment. Such recognition reinforces the company’s position as a leader in the Portuguese property sector, with a number of impressive projects that continue to attract national and international investors.
