Vanguardeagle - Mediação Imobiliária, Lda. Is a real estate agent, actively involved in seeking out and selecting investment opportunities.

Vanguard Properties (with more than thirty Portuguese investment vehicles) occupies a frontline position in the ranking of Portugal’s largest residential real estate developers. It is currently developing 22 projects, in Lisbon, Oeiras, Algarve and Comporta, with a total Gross Construction Area (GCA) above ground of about 1.027.781 m2, in an investment of over € 1.215 million.

On a fully exclusive basis, the firm provides Vanguard Properties with the following services:

1. Investment project procurement and evaluation.
2. Drawing up business plans and negotiating credit lines.
3. Preparing specifications, management contract tenders and monitoring all project development phases.
4. Monitoring the entire licensing project, including definition of the licensing strategy.
5. Coordinating the works provided by the legal advisor – Vieira de Almeida & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados.
6. Coordinating the taxation and auditing work done by PKF International.
7. Coordinating the production of online and offline marketing material and selecting mediators, monitoring the process until the assets have been made available and delivered to the final client.
8. Coordinating accounts, cash management and payments.
9. Coordinating outside advisors, namely urban planning and taxation.
