White Shell Official Launch

Vanguard Properties, on September 21, 2018, for about 100 guests, held the official launch event of the White Shell tourist condominium, located in Senhora da Rocha, Lagoa. During the event, a video of the project was presented and a talk by the architect Miguel Saraiva.

 

White Shell, located about 400 m from the beach, is made up of 55 one to three-bedroom apartments, club house, indoor and outdoor pools, bar, security, playground, tennis and large gardens.

 

The Saraiva + Associates project is expected to be completed during the second half of 2020.
