Frederico Pedro Nunes appointed Chief Operating Officer

Vanguard Properties has strengthened its executive team with the appointment of Frederico Pedro Nunes as Chief Operating Officer.

Holding a degree in Territorial Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, where he also completed a master’s in Construction, Frederico has complemented his academic background with executive education in management, finance and, more recently, artificial intelligence applied to productivity, through programmes at Católica Lisbon and Nova SBE.

With over two decades of experience in real estate and project management, Frederico Pedro Nunes has held leadership roles in several prominent organisations. Between 2022 and 2025, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Bondstone, having previously been Head of Development at Grupo Novo Banco Real Estate. His career also includes positions such as Chief Development Officer at Vilamoura World and Project Manager at JLL Portugal.

Throughout his career, he has built extensive experience across real estate development, operations management and the coordination of large-scale projects, establishing a profile that combines strategic vision with strong execution capabilities.

This appointment comes at a time of continued growth and increasing complexity across Vanguard Properties’ project portfolio, reinforcing its management structure.
