José Cardoso Botelho wins Personality of the Year award by Magazine Imobiliário

CEO of Vanguard Properties, José Cardoso Botelho, was chosen as Personality of the Year at a ceremony marking the 11th anniversary of the real estate publication Magazine Imobiliário. The event, which was held at the Vila Galé Collection Palácio dos Arcos Hotel in Paço de Arcos, was attended by 120 guests.

This award is a clear indication of the impact he has had on the Portuguese property market, with iconic projects such as Castilho 203 and Infinity, not forgetting Terras da Comporta and Muda Reserve, which are currently under development. Undoubtedly, such ambition and vision have consolidated Portugal’s reputation as a leading destination for domestic and international investment.

Anabela Loureiro, director of the magazine, praised the winners’ strategic vision, highlighting José Cardoso Botelho as ‘one of the people who deserves great credit for revitalising the property situation in Portugal’. Under his leadership, Vanguard Properties has set new quality and innovation standards, while being strongly committed to sustainable projects.

The 2024 Personalities Awards, which distinguished five outstanding figures in their fields, also marked the beginning of a new phase for Magazine Imobiliário, which is preparing new projects for next year.
